The hotel's appearance feels outdated and in need of a revamp!!! Parking can turn into a challenging ordeal during meal hours, with my car handed back dirty after a two-day stay!!! The Wi-Fi signal is weak, forcing me to stay close to the door!!!

Feedback for management
In general: I have been staying in Shreyas at least once in a year for past 18 years. Recently I stayed during third week of Feb'19 and I must say experience was awful. Few examples: 1. Rooms adjucant to my room were under renovation and all construction material was lying nearby. Does not give feeling of cleanliness 2. Construction workers were roaming freely in corridor - no sense of privacy or security Location and surroundings: Good but current hotel management has no contribution to this Service: Awful. Staff at reception was quite curt and unhelpful. Room service was casual. Dining: Average: Breakfast if availed after 8:45 AM was cold and appeared as leftover. Tea thermos had tea left at bottom and lukewarm. Service staff was unhelpful in providing fresh and hot breakfast. Only hot item was toast and butter Room: Average - Basic bed and linen were clean but uncomfortable - Bed linen was old and pillow covers had seam torn. Towels had one or two holes and needed change. Toiletries selection was poor Useful tips: Staff response and behavior needs drastic improvement. Due to unfriendly staff we decided to cut short our stay and check out 2 days before schedule date even forfeiting 2 days rent

Where do I begin? The elderly gentleman at the reception was absoluteley rude, which really set the tone for my stay. I also couldn't believe my car was handed back dirty after 2 days! Woudl ve been nice if I got a complimentary upgrade considering all the troubles I faced, but I just couldn't bring myself to recommend this place.

missingWrote a review on 29 Julwelcoming staffdecent foodchaotic seating
Staff here are always welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere, unlike the chaotic seating arrangements during busy periods. The food was decent, especially the aamras, but the lack of desserts in thalis did leave something to be desired.

The excellent quality of traditional Maharashtrian food stood out, with every meal bursting with authentic flavors. The rooms were comfortable, with small seating areas that proved convenient for meetings. The wifi was inconsistent, causing frustrations , and the overall maintenance seemed lacking, with outdated furnishings that didn't match the advertised images. A more proactive service approach would also improve the experience significantly.
